The purpose built centre, based in it's own landscaped grounds, has a modern catering area accommodating up to 60 and an indoor sports hall with climbing wall. There are also function and lecture rooms and lounge areas. The Centre operates on a daily and residential basis, catering for a wide range of groups, including schools, third level institutions, youth groups, scouts and companies.

Kilfinane OEC have also developed an excellent bike skills park onsite on Centre grounds. This skills park will be used for the first session on all introductory courses and for skills development on more advanced courses. The bike park features ramps, drop offs, wheel runs, see-saws, steps and boardwalks and is specifically designed to teach the skills needed for biking on the Ballyhoura MTB trails.
